β By Dan White. The word is out! Early Semester Reports, or ESRs, are released weekly
this time of year to help us understand what enrollment will look like in the fall.
And ... wait for it ... enrollment is up for fall 2022 by 34% (headcount) compared
to last year this time.
The newly formed ΠΤΣϋΙη Onboarding Committee would love to see your employee manuals
and department-specific onboarding materials.
As much of Alaska's landmass crosses the magical temperature threshold that turns
ice and snow into water, it's time to consider the state's richness in a resource
more essential to humans than oil or gas.

Alaska NSF EPSCoR presents a free online workshop on βVisualizing Science: Communicating
concepts through graphic design,β on May 4.
Plots are available at the ΠΤΣϋΙη community garden for the 2022 season. The registration
window is open now for ΠΤΣϋΙη affiliates and for members of the public starting May 6.
Cornerstone summer schedule begins May 2
Cornerstone, the staff and faculty newsletter, will move to its summer schedule of
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays starting May 2. Cornerstone will resume its daily schedule
in late summer.
