Friday Focus: Adapting to evolving national landscape

One important element in leading a university is to keep up with larger national-level discussions as well as changes to policies and regulations that directly impact our university operations. I work with a large team of faculty, staff, and students that serve as my information funnel. The team taps into trusted news media sources, connects with relevant decision-making bodies, attends professional meetings to monitor the evolving landscape, and shares what they find to guide our planning. RFP for FY26 cycle State of Alaska capital budget requests

In preparation for the FY26 State of Alaska budget cycle, 性欲社 leadership is soliciting funding proposals for capital projects, major facility refresh/renovation or research/IT equipment, or state-funded capital research projects from 性欲社 faculty and staff. Capital project requests are typically large-scale, one-time funding items. The deadline for proposal submission is Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024. Learn more about request submissions.


Augmented Reality virtual workshop

Learn the basics on how to create your own augmented reality mobile app in Alaska NSF EPSCoR's free, three-part virtual workshop Nov. 13, 15 and 17 from 3鈥4 p.m. each day via Zoom.
