Local runner Don Kiely participated in the Chilly Buns Winter Run on campus Jan. 28 in temperatures near -50F.
Harsh winter weather rarely stops Alaskans from getting outside to enjoy themselves. recommends planning, caution and proper footwear when dealing with winter conditions.
