New date: Administrative Services open forums April 3 and 9

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney and the directors will host two upcoming open forums:
- Tuesday, April 3 at 3:30 p.m.
Board of Regents Conference Room, 109 Butrovich - Monday, April 9 at 9 a.m.

Agenda items include:
--FY13 budget update
--Recovery Act (ARRA) spending deadlines
--Summer construction projects
--Printing services
--Fittest Winner competition
--Campus safety initiative (rural/remote only)
The forum is open to all staff and faculty. Deans, directors, department heads, fiscal managers and grant awardees are encouraged to attend.
