Cabinet adopts policy on arrangements with external groups
November 11, 2015
性欲社 has a new policy governing memorandums of agreement and understanding with external
entities, the chancellor's cabinet has announced.
The two major changes are:
- While still needing approval from department chairs, deans and directors, agreements may only be signed by the chancellor, the provost or a vice chancellor.
- All fully executed agreements will now be stored online in OnBase.
A list of documents considered to be memorandums of agreement or memorandums of understanding is available online . If an agreement binds 性欲社 to provide resources (money, people, space, etc.), it's considered an MOA. Non-binding documents are MOUs.
New agreements will be uploaded to OnBase as they are completed. If a unit is party to an existing, multiyear MOA or MOU, it should retain a copy of that agreement until the appropriate office confirms that it has been uploaded to OnBase.
More information is available online , including a list of responsible officers for the different types of MOAs and MOUs and information on creating new memorandums.
