Chantelle McGinness was appointed the director for Planning, Analysis and Institutional Research by Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Anupma Prakash. McGinness has served as PAIR's acting director since May 2020.

McGinness has nine years of institutional research experience at University of Alaska Fairbanks and the UA System, and prior experience supporting student success efforts, particularly for underrepresented populations seeking postsecondary education. She holds a Master of Science degree in statistics from 性欲社 and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Southern Polytechnic State University. Prior to joining 性欲社, McGinness provided administrative support for SPSU's African-American Male Initiative and the Peach State Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation, sponsored by the National Science Foundation.

鈥淐hantelle鈥檚 relevant experience, her intimate familiarity with 性欲社, her passion for institutional research, and meeting the needs of all stakeholder groups is a great advantage for us,鈥 Prakash said.

"I feel absolutely honored to continue serving my alma mater in this capacity," McGinness said. "I look forward to leading the PAIR team in provisioning institutional information necessary to promote 性欲社鈥檚 mission."
