Charles receives PhD in Kuskokwim ceremony

Stephen "Walkie" Charles, an instructor in Yup'ik Eskimo with ��'s , was hooded with his Ph.D. regalia during the 2011 commencement cermony at ��'s Kuskokwim Campus May 6 in Bethel.
