Check UAOnline address to ensure W-2 form delivery

Employees and former employees to check their HR mailing address at . Address changes must be received by no later than Wednesday, Jan. 9, in order for their W-2 to go to this address. W-2s will not be forwarded but returned to the university for incorrect addresses. Employees are responsible for reprinting their W-2s from UAOnline should they not
receive it in the mail.
