Discover Alaska lecture series begins June 1

University of Alaska Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning will present
the 10th annual Discover Alaska lecture series starting June 1.
Guest lecturers will offer an in-depth look at various aspects of Alaska in the free
10-part series. Lectures begin at 7 p.m. every Wednesday in the Murie Building auditorium
at 性欲社.
National Park Service media specialist DevDharm Khalsa will launch the series on June
1 with the topic, 鈥淐onnecting youth with Alaska鈥檚 national parks through digital storytelling.鈥
This series is made possible through sponsorship of the 性欲社 School of Natural Resources
and Extension, and KUAC.
