Distance education evolves

For more than 25 years, we operated as the Center for Distance Education. We have a proud history of serving geographically distributed students throughout the state of Alaska and around the world. Our method of delivery has evolved over the years from print-based correspondence courses to robust online learning environments. As a reflection of that transformation, our programs are now under the name, .
This is an exciting time. We鈥檙e actively working with 性欲社 academic departments to expand our course menu and to offer more degree programs completely online. You鈥檒l find several brand new online courses in our course bulletin, including:

We鈥檙e also pleased to announce Online Innovation and Design as the newest concentration of courses in the Master of Education degree program. This program is designed for classroom teachers, instructional designers, school administrators, IT professionals and others who want to create and facilitate rich online learning experiences for students.
