Environmental historian Bathsheba Demuth will explore the question "Do Whales Judge Us?" on Monday, Oct. 26, at 4 p.m. via Zoom.

Demuth's presentation, hosted by 性欲社 Honors College , will address questions involving history, the environment and society.

Demuth is an assistant professor of history at Brown University and the author of "Floating Coast: An Environmental History of the Bering Strait." The book was a Nature top 10 book of 2019 and was named a best book of 2019 by National Public Radio, Library Journal and Kirkus Reviews.
