Field safety training for 性欲社 researchers

Field safety training for researchers, including graduate students, is offered through the Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness. Full-day courses include:

Field Safety 101

Wilderness First Aid

性欲社 Risk Management

ATV/Snow Machine Safety

Glacier Travel and Crevasse Rescue

These courses require registration. To register online, visit , select "Browse" or "Browse Categories," then select "DRAW programming."

DRAW also offers two-hour drop-in sessions that require no registration. Topics include:

navigation

maps and compass

field safety

emergency communication devices

avalanche safety

winter clothing systems/hypothermia

prevention and incident command

If classes fill quickly, DRAW will give priority to attendees taking the course(s) for professional reasons as opposed to personal interests.
