Stephen Johnston is a professor and chair of the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences for the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He will present a unique Canadian point of view on northern American tectonics 鈥 without ignoring Alaska 鈥 in his talk: 鈥淟aurentia in the Mid-Cretaceous (120 to 90 Ma): Reconciling the Cordilleran and Cratonic Geological Records.鈥
