Chris Koetke, chef and director of Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, will be interviewed on KIAK and KFBX radio stations Wednesday, July 25, to talk about his lecture that evening: 鈥淪ustainability Decisions: Learning from the Foodservice Frontlines to Guide and Empower Everyday Citizens.鈥

The series is held every Wednesday evening May 30 - August 15 (no event on July 4) at 7 p.m. in  unless otherwise noted. Lectures are free to the public.

The radio shows will air:


  • Live at 8:30 a.m. 鈥 (4 - 5 minutes) on 102.5 KIAK-FM. Also available  鈥 click on the 鈥淟isten Live鈥 star.

  • At 8:35 or 8:40 a.m. (20 minutes) on 970 KFBX. A  after the show.
