Local restaurants headline 2011 Chocolate Bash

Tickets are now available for the University of Alaska Museum of the North’s 2011 Chocolate Bash.

“Chocolate, Coffee, Cordials & Formals” will take place Saturday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the museum.

The annual fundraiser for the museum endowment brings back the tradition of showcasing Fairbanks’ top culinary talents. The event will feature hors d’oeuvres, delicious desserts and dazzling drinks, all with a tropical twist.

Tickets are $75. Proceeds support the museum’s programs. Black tie is optional and you must be at least 21 years old to attend. For more information or to purchase tickets, call 907-474-7505 or visit museum.uaf.edu.
