Natural Resources, Fisheries and Sciences Job Fair Oct. 27

Twenty-eight employers representing natural resources, fisheries and sciences fields will be at the Natural Resources, Fisheries and Sciences Job Fair 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 at the Wood Center. For a current list of participating employers, visit .

Contacts from federal, state and private employers will be on hand to discuss summer and full-time employment and internship opportunities. Students and job-seekers attending the fair will learn about the qualities, skills, education and experience employers look for; the wide range of possible educational, employment, and internship opportunities available; and whether or not a graduate degree is helpful in a particular field.

Some employers, such as U.S. Fish and Wildlife, ExxonMobil, Shell, and Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association, will be conducting interviews for summer internships during or after the fair.
