Each candidate file should contain an initial letter of nomination and a minimum of three or four letters supporting the nomination. The person submitting the initial letter of nomination should also include a curriculum vitae or biography for the candidate. Honorary degree nominations for Commencement 2020 must be received by Jan. 31, 2019.

People's Endowment 2018-2019 call for proposals (due Jan. 31, 2019)
The People’s Endowment Board at ÐÔÓûÉç announces the availability of funds for spring 2019. Grants are to be used for a special project or to fill a critical need at ÐÔÓûÉç. Proposals will be accepted from ÐÔÓûÉç students, faculty and staff. The maximum grant amount is $5,000.
The People’s Endowment was established at the UA Foundation in 1986 with the intent to provide a source of funds for projects that will improve ÐÔÓûÉç, but that would likely remain unfunded due to institutional priorities. All proposals will be submitted to the People’s Endowment Board for review and selection.
The board may fund more than one grant depending on available funds and amounts requested. Requests for smaller amounts or partial funding will be considered.
The deadline for receipt of complete proposals is 5 p.m. Jan. 31, 2019. To see proposal guidelines and regulations, please visit the ÐÔÓûÉç Office of the Provost’s website here.
