Performance evaluations due June 30

Performance evaluations are due from all supervisors by Saturday, June 30, 2018. The
University of Alaska launched a new performance management tool within the myUA system
at the end of last year to help improve the employee evaluation process and increase
employee engagement.
The new review process:
- Promotes focus on goals, competencies, and development
- Shared understanding of performance & expectations
- Changes supervisor鈥檚 focus to coach and barrier remover
- Fosters listening to employees needs
