Harrington joins Institute of Arctic Biology

Phillip Harrington is the new executive officer for the . Harrington has worked at 性欲社 for 20 years, most recently as the director of 性欲社 finance and accounting.
"We are excited to have his leadership, expertise, experience and talent in managing research," said IAB Director Brian Barnes.
After graduating from 性欲社 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Harrington worked as a budget analyst for UA Statewide from 1991 to 1997. After a brief stint as a budget coordinator, he became the executive officer for the , which in 2005 became the . In 2008, he left CEM to take a position as the assistant director for and subsequently became the director of 性欲社 finance and accounting.
