Last Friday, a concerned faculty member (thank you, Terrence Cole!) snapped and forwarded this photo of a potential hazard in Schaible Auditorium. We appreciated receiving the report, and ÐÔÓûÉç Facilities Services maintenance staff fixed the loose trim this past weekend.

I would encourage all ÐÔÓûÉç employees and students to be equally as quick to report maintenance and safety problems — particularly those in shared spaces that do not "belong" to anyone in particular. Please don't assume Facilities Services already knows of the situation. We especially want to fix unsafe items, but we also try to repair other damage as quickly as possible.
