Report on Arctic narratives published

�� School of Management instructor Troy Bouffard announced the publication of a report titled “” by the . Bouffard, who is an instructor for SOM’s homeland security and emergency management program, served as content editor for the report. The project analyzed the highest-level narratives of the eight Arctic nations, as well as China and NATO, under a structured framework.

Bouffard began working with the center following a brief visit to Riga, Latvia, while on a vacation trip in Stockholm, Sweden. He also contributed to an earlier report, “,” which was published in September of 2018.
