Small business workshop begins Nov. 7

The Small Business Development Workshop, a six-part series providing assistance with starting a small business, begins Monday, Nov. 7 and runs through Monday, Dec. 12. The workshop takes place from noon – 1 p.m. every Monday in room 311, ÐÔÓûÉç , 604 Bartlette St.
The cost is $50 for the series or $10 for each session, and students can attend for free. Payment must be cash or check only. Funds from the workshop assist ÐÔÓûÉç with projects across the state and overseas.

- Nov. 7 – Intro to Business Planning: Adam Krynicki, intellectual property and commercialization specialist, ÐÔÓûÉç
- Nov. 14 – Business Operations: Heather Heineken, training and outreach coordinator, Yukon Accounting and Consulting
- Nov. 21 – Financials/Bookkeeping: Paul Robinson, president, Robinson and Associates PC
- Nov. 28 – Market Analysis: Jim McDermott, ÐÔÓûÉç professor and faculty advisor, SCORE counselor
- Dec. 5 – Cash-Flow Budgeting: Paul Robinson, president, Robinson and Associates PC
- Dec. 12 – Executive Summary: Charlie Dexter, CTC program director and professor
