Summer Sessions scholarship award winners announced

announced that Jacqueline Clark and Kalesha Pearson are the 2011 recipients of the $500 summer scholarships funded through the R.G. and Onnie V. Bouchum/La Shina Jones Memorial Scholarship.

Jacqueline Clark is pursuing an associate’s degree in the medical assistant program at ÐÔÓûÉç's Community and Technical College. Kalesha Pearson is a junior at ÐÔÓûÉç working on a baccalaureate degree with a major in psychology and minor in Theatre.

This is the first year these scholarships were offered through Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning. There were 20 applications for the two scholarships available.
