Week of the Arctic events updated

Details for several Week of the Arctic events have changed, including the time of
the for the Arctic Council's Ministerial meeting. It is now scheduled to take place Thursday,
May 11, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the Wood Center ballroom. The watch party is open
to the public.
