Winter break 2018-2019 closure information

Many university departments will be closed or minimally staffed over the winter holiday break. This academic year’s winter closure will be Dec. 24, 2018-Jan. 1, 2019. Additional soft closure days may be observed Dec. 19-21, 2018, and Jan. 2-4, 2019. A list of many university departments and their schedules is below.

The ÐÔÓûÉç Police Department will be monitoring ÐÔÓûÉç’s Fairbanks facilities during the Dec. 24-Jan. 1 closure. Departments that expect to have staff, faculty and students in their buildings during that time should . Only deans and directors or their designated support staff may authorize access. Police will consult this list for lock/unlock requests and will not permit access to buildings by users not on the list. For more information, contact ÐÔÓûÉç Police at 474-7721.

The residence halls open Friday, Jan. 11, and classes begin Monday, Jan. 14.
