Writing Center welcomes Embedded Research Librarian to support student research

The ÐÔÓûÉç Writing Center has launched a new partnership to better support students with research-based writing. Drake Jesse, visiting assistant professor of library science and instruction librarian, is now available for one-on-one research consultations in the Writing Center on the 6th floor of the Rasmuson Library in the Student Success Center.

Drake offers expert support for students at any stage of the research process—from finding credible sources to refining research questions. His drop-in hours at the Writing Center are Mondays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome, and students can also book appointments — either in person or via Zoom — at .
