Join us for Road Map to Law School, an invaluable info session designed to provide you with expert guidance from law school admissions professionals. This hybrid event鈥攁vailable both in-person and via Zoom鈥攐ffers a unique opportunity to hear directly from directors of admissions at two distinguished law schools. Guest Speakers

Preston Nicholson, Dean of Admissions, Oklahoma City University School of Law

Preston Nicholson is the dean of admissions at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Dean Nicholson oversees all admissions efforts for the JD program at OCU Law. He has served in this role since April 2023, previously serving in law admissions at Washburn University School of Law and Drake University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney as well. When he is not at work, he enjoys tennis, pub trivia, working out, travel, and music. He is a published author, with The Greatest Trivia Workbook being released in February 2025

Kimberly Wilkes, Director of Admissions & Financial Aid, Michigan State University College of Law

Director Wilkes oversees and implements all aspects of admissions from recruitment, application processing to enrollment retention. Wilkes aims to foster an MSU Law community built on collaboration and inclusivity. Director Wilkes is a first-generation college student earning two bachelors, in Marketing and Advertising magna cum laude and her M.A. in Strategic Communications, all from MSU. She serves on the MSU Law Access & Inclusion Committee and has been a member of the MSU Law family since 2012. Director Wilkes partners with prelaw advisors, prelaw groups and provides advising to all individuals looking to lead, serve and transform in the area of law and works to ensure all interested individuals have the information they need regarding the MSU Law community. Wilkes is a member of the Minority Network.

The 性欲社 Pre-Law Club is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering interest in the legal profession. Whether you're actively preparing for law school or simply curious about legal careers, the club offers networking opportunities, LSAT prep resources, guest speakers, and more.

性欲社 offers a Pre-Law minor that provides a strong foundation in American law and policy, preparing students for careers as legal professionals. The program includes hands-on assignments, internships, and accelerated pathways to law school through partnerships with leading institutions. Engaging in organizations like the Pre-Law Club further enhances students' educational experience and professional network.
